Stanley G. Brading, Partner, Krevolin & Horst, LLC

Stanley Brading practices in the areas of corporate and tax law, including tax exempt bond financing and tax credits. He has closed over $600 million of tax exempt bond and tax credit financings as borrower's counsel, bond counsel, or underwriter's counsel. He has lectured annually in the Tax Exempt Organizations in Georgia seminar sponsored by Lorman Education Services from 1997-2003, and has spoken on a variety of topics in the Health Law in Georgia seminars sponsored by the National Business Institute, including Managed Care Contracts and Physician Practice Acquisitions.

Mr. Brading is a past President of the National Duke University Alumni Association and the Younger Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Georgia. He is also past Chairman of the Board of the Atlanta Children's Shelter.

Mr. Brading received a B.S. in Accounting from Duke University (cum laude, 1974), and a J.D. from the Washington and Lee School of Law (cum laude, 1979), where he served on the National Moot Court Team. He obtained a L.L.M. degree in Taxation from Emory University in 1984, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
